" Clanfield is a sought after area and is situated nearby to cities such as Portsmouth and Petersfield which has easy access to the A3 & M27 Motorway links. It is a semi-rural village which is surrounded by fields including Queen Elizabeth Country Park. Nearby to the property there is a convenience store and takeaways, greengrocer, takeaways, butcher, optician, hardware store, hairdressers, coop and popular wine bar. Clanfield offers two schools, Petersgate Infant and Clanfield Juniors. There is a major bus route which leads to the nearby towns and cities.

This property has so much on offer to you and more as this has been finished to a high standard throughout.
