" Positioned enviably on a corner plot, this beautiful two bedroom semi-detached home boasts the most incredible rear garden. Accommodation briefly comprises of an entrance hall, living room, kitchen and utility area. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a family shower room. There is a driveway providing off road parking for one vehicle to the front and a large, beautifully landscaped garden to the rear.

LOCATION
Paulsgrove is ideally located close to the maritime city of Portsmouth which has a mainline train station and bustling city centre filled with restaurants and other attractions. Motorway links are close by with easy access to the M27 and A3.

INSIDE
Upon entering the property you are greeted by a spacious entrance hall with stairs to the first floor and doors leading to living room and the kitchen.
