" This flat is not close to Marmion Road at all, in fact its on it! Perfectly situated in the heart of Southsea's vibrant town centre with its many restaurants, eclectic mix of shops and bars. A really spacious lounge overlooks Marmion Road so you can while away the hours watching the comings and goings. A well placed modern kitchen is just off the lounge for easy use. The bedrooms and shower room are arranged on a quirky split level area with the modern shower room splitting the two for noise reduction! Gas central heating provides warmth on the cold days and the double glazing helps keep it in and the bills down. Another benefit is that the seller is not buying on so a smooth move should be easy as there is no forward chain.

We thought that when looking for an investment property that location is the key. We always heard that central Southsea was best so did not think you could get more central than this! The size also really impressed us as lots of others just seemed so small in comparison.
