" For those looking for a property which is easy to maintain yet big enough to house everything, then this could be for you. Starting with the fantastic living room - which runs along the back of the home with views to die for - you can easily see yourself relaxing on the sofa enjoying watching world 'sail' by. The two sets of French doors allow the living room to spill out to the courtyard and just great for those summer evenings when you and your guests have finished dinner and you want to take in the last of the summer rays.
If you love having family to stay then you do not have to worry about where they will all sleep. With three bedrooms, two of which make the most of the views, your guests really would struggle to leave their beds in the mornings, as when they wake up they can see right across The Solent to the mainland - it really is a case of ‘rooms with a view’. The fresh and neutral decor throughout offers those who prefer to be more adventurous with their decorating a blank canvass to work with, or those who like to add colour via their fittings and furnishings the peace of mind to know they could just move straight in.
So for those who would like the quiet life with a view then really all there is left to do is pick up the phone and come and look!

What the Owner says:

We were delighted to find this house for my mother when she decided to move to the island – we’ve always loved Port La Salle, and this house was in one of the loveliest positions, so we felt very lucky to find it. The views are amazing, especially from the bedrooms, and the wide terrace really doubles the living space - as well as being sheltered enough for sitting and eating outside for most of the summer. The garage has also been a bonus for us and provides additional storage. It is such a convenient location and the community here is really lovely, such charming and kind neighbours – we’ve made many friends so we know we will be passing on a gem to someone.
