" Hands up those of you who would like to sit in your front room and watch the yachts sail past? Well this could be the home for you. The huge expanse of glass means that there are fantastic views across the fields to the sea, and you can clearly see the yachts sailing by. With the afternoon sun streaming in this room is a total delight. The rest of the bungalow doesn’t disappoint either! With two double bedrooms (one looking out towards the sea and the other over the gorgeous garden at the rear) there is plenty of room for guests. The good size kitchen has been opened out into the extended dining area, with doors that can be closed if the mood takes.
Outside the garden is a haven, with a summerhouse to relax in once the hard work is done and a greenhouse to make sure your tomatoes get a big as possible! The icing on the cake is the garage for at the back there is a little hideaway just right for a gentleman to sneak away and watch some sports out of sight!

What the Owner says:

We have really enjoyed our 17 years living here, with the views of both the sea and the nearby countryside from the windows. It was in fact the views that drew us here in the first place, there is nothing like drawing the curtains in the morning and seeing the blue sea in all its glory. We often take a walk into the village or along the coastal paths nearby and have found that although quite tucked away everything that we need is within just a few minutes walk or drive. We have made the decision to return to our roots in Kent. Over our time here we have added a dining room and kept our home all up together and recently redecorated throughout..
