" This property definitely delivers more than first meets the eye and offers potential for additional living space if desired.
Currently the bungalow has two ground floor bedrooms, a fitted kitchen, a separate dining room, a lounge with conservatory to the rear and another conservatory on the side and a substantial entrance porch on the other.

Accessed from the main lounge, there is also a substantial attic room which has obvious potential for more living space, (subject to building regulation and planning approval).
