" Now I'm thinking that this will not be on the market for very long. Situated only a short distance from the seafront with the pitch and putt, tennis courts and of course the delicious 10th hole cafe, this home is just where you want it. Not far from everything but far enough from the madding crowd as they say!The house, well let me tell you more. Open plan lounge space to the front with a large bay window allowing the sun to stream in. Separate cosy dining space right next to the kitchen absolutely ideal for entertaining your guests. The ground floor bathroom, what a great size big enough for not only a bath but also a separate shower cubicle and tiled walls and floors for easy cleaning.Of course a major a plus of having a ground floor bathroom is that the bedrooms have remained two doubles so if it's sharing or investment you're looking for then no arguments here on who's having which bedroom!
