" When you walk into this house it just feels like a home. The house has had some serious work to make this a fantastic buy for somebody. The ground floor has a lovely warm feeling lounge with a gas fire and a cleverly created storage cupboard giving you the space for your Hoover, wine and even golf clubs! Which is fantastic as sadly storage is usually so lacking in these houses. A warm dining room with an arch to the good sized kitchen which means that when entertaining you need not be the lonely one while you prepare dinner for everybody. A well designed bathroom has meant that not only does it contain the usual white bath suite but there is a separate shower cubicle too. A typical Southsea garden to the rear but it does have the advantage of nice sunny mornings and evenings. Upstairs things continue with a great sized master bedroom with wood fronted wardrobes to both chimney recesses and two additional double bedrooms both overlooking the rear. Gas central heating is fitted to keep you warm and double glazing will help keep the heat in and those bills down! Eastfield Road itself is so well situated for access out of town with the Eastern Road so close to hand. However given Southsea's small size you really are not too far away from the busy Palmerston Road or in fact closer to Albert Road and its mix of bars, shops and restaurants.

We bought this house and have renovated it all through. We wanted to be sure everything was done properly so a project was what we wanted. the property being so close to Milton Village has been in- valuable and enjoyable and we will miss not being so close to it.
