Broom Square is a lovely area known to 'locals' but easily missed if you're not in the know and this flat is in great condition, ready to move into with no chain. There are extensive grasslands in the area creating an amazing wildlife habitat and there is a network of footpaths running alongside Langstone Harbour, plus three freshwater lakes with various wildlife. There are even two popular local pubs just round the corner.

Southsea is a thriving area with marina, seafront and a range of attractions and within it, the residential area of Milton village retains something of a village ambience with busy stretch of local Milton Market shops nearby and the open space of Milton Common, with views of Langstone Harbour and a variety of local wildlife close by. Milton and Eastney shops are a few minutes walk away with local schools and other local amenities including Milton and Bransbury Parks with their sports courts and play areas
