" In some ways this is an ordinary two bedroom bay and forecourt house. That is until you actually take a look inside. The current owners have spent a lot of time and money refurbishing this house and the end result is fantastic. A lovely "Moben" kitchen has been fitted with the integral appliances included and a well made stainless steel sink inset into a stunning rosewood work top. A vaulted ceiling with Velux gives it a cottagey feel but with modern extras like wiring within the ceiling for your sound system.The bathroom is also recently redone with a really nice modern suite with a separate shower cubicle as well as the bath. Nice tiled floors and modern towel rail radiators really set it off. The reception rooms are nicely plastered making decoration easy and the lounge has a real pretty cast iron fireplace. The dining room has direct access to the garden so good when entertaining your friends and family. Upstairs has two proper double bedrooms to save any arguments and the rear has two windows making it a really bright room. Situated off the Eastney Road which is a real owner occupier area with its parade of shops and Bransbury Park all within walking distance. In fact the seafront is only a short distance away as is the Eastern Road so really access to anywhere is easy enough.

We have loved doing this house up and it seems that just as we have it how we want it, our growing family has meant we need to move up a size! It is so close to everything that we need and we are hoping that our new house also is as close to what we have had here.
