" A brilliant house for a couple, small family or even house sharers. The lounge is a cozy size with a lovely bay window and shelves for your favourite books or your classic movie collection. Following into the hall and past the stairs you go into the dining room which has plenty of space for your friends to sit and watch you perform cooking miracles (or warm a pizza) in the adjoining kitchen. It's in a quiet part of Southsea near both Milton and Bransbury parks, which both have some great free tennis/sports courts and a great kids play area. Milton Park Primary is on the corner of the road, and there are some great local shops in the parade there including a fab local butcher and 2 pharmacies.

This area is sought after by many people as it's in the Southsea area but away from the hustle, and as this house is a way down the street it's the quieter part with the benefit of the shops and school but without the hubub - not far to the beach too!
