" A great location for couples, families or a couple of friends looking to share this house has 3 double bedrooms and outside space - with everything you need on your doorstep. Just over the road from Bransbury & Milton parks and a short walk to the beach (you'll hit the pitch and putt with accompanying tea room notorious for the amazing cakes along the way. . . )

Essex Road runs from Winter Road across to Eastney Road and this house is nearer Eastney with a great strip of local shops. Milton Park primary school is just down the road with other primary and secondary schools nearby. There is also an easy bus route to the University.

The house is set back from the road with a forecourt and as you enter the house there's an inner porch area that leads into the lovely big lounge / diner.

Light flows though the house as there's a curved window at the front of the lounge, a window at the other end and a glass door through to the nice long kitchen with its big window.

The space reaches back beyond where you'd imagine and this house has great space for your family life, to share as friends - or entertaining.

Upstairs the 3 double bedrooms lead off a galleried landing and there's a lot of room for you all to make the space your own.

The garden is paved in a more interesting style than usual and a good place to relax in your own space if the nearby parks and seafront get a bit busy in the Southsea sunshine.
