" Character features must be the starting point on this lovely home. Many delightful fireplaces, coving and a must see stained glass window set in the dining room. The rooms are all good sizes with both rooms to the front of the house having bays to enable plenty of light to stream in, the rear reception room leads onto a lovely conservatory which gets the sun so in the Winter a lovely place to sit and in the summer just move out to the sunny garden! The kitchen nestled nicely between the two receptions is modern and has room for a large range style cooker for all you budding chefs out there! A handy utility space leads off this and a downstairs cloakroom will save all your guests invading your first floor space! On the first floor as mentioned the main bedroom with bay window, two more ample double bedrooms which will stop any arguments over who has which one. The bathroom has been re-fitted in white and looks absolutely lovely. Why not look for yourself? To the outside is the sunny southerly aspect garden a great place for a relaxing beer or wine following a hard days work.Liss Road is really well placed for access to Albert and Palmerston Roads shops and restaurants whilst being close to Southsea seafront and transport links out of town.
