This house has recently been modernised with a brand new kitchen which includes a breakfast table and chairs to create a second social area in addition to the spacious sitting room.  There is quite a "cottage" feeling to the house creating a very homely environment for an established group. 20 minute walk to Portsmouth university.

The new shower room incorporates an extra large walk-in shower with rain head.  All of the bedrooms have double beds and incorporate study facilities such as desk & chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table etc.  The garden is a good size.

Very competitive rates have been negotiated for unlimited Gas & Electricity which can be provided for a fixed weekly charge.

Unlimited high speed Broadband at up to 350mb per second (quicker that you can type!) at very competitive rate.

The house is privately managed by the landlords who are a husband & wife team with a number of houses for students in Southsea - references can be provided by past and present tenants.  No Agencies are involved so absolutely no fees....
