" AGENTS COMMENTS This wonderfully well kept detached chalet bungalow offers an excellent package from ensuring that there is plenty of parking including a garage, with lovely front and rear gardens which you can sit back, relax and enjoy the sun while the children and grandchildren tire themselves out. Tucked away within this quiet road, where the countryside is simply a stroll away and you have the convenience of the village life such as a post office, the co-op store and the very popular Chequers pub. Rookley lies only a couple of miles from the Islands principle town of Newport where you can discover many shops and cafe's. The 24ft lounge/diner is the hub of the home offering plenty of space for the whole family, even those unexpected visitors. A fitted kitchen and sunny conservatory flow off this main living accommodation and two double bedrooms and family bathroom comprise the first floor, with the third bedroom on the ground floor. Internally the home is bright and spacious throughout and is a great family home. 

OWNERS COMMENTS We loved the location from the outset as it was quiet and close to work. The parking was a big factor for us and comes in handy when friends and family arrive. Also the garden is great and we have spent many days running around with the grandchildren and hosting family get-togethers.
