Outside, there is a secluded, low maintenance rear garden, driveway parking, detached garage with power and lights and a fantastic workshop which could be used as a home gym or office. A truly stunning and contemporary home. 

OWNERS COMMENTS For our first home, we have been truly spoilt here. Godshill has provided a peaceful and tranquil home with a real sense of community spirit. With a choice of local pubs, cafes and quirky shops just a short stroll around the corner, the area offers a wonderful village atmosphere. Pulling up onto the drive you can really feel the stresses of the day melt away as you absorb the sound of the birds tweeting. Inside we have enjoyed the light, spacious rooms this house has to offer, frequently providing the perfect setting for family gatherings. We have many a happy memory firing up the BBQ on the deck, lighting up the chimenea and enjoying the stars overhead. We have loved every minute spent in this home and it will always hold a special place in our hearts.
