" Wow, what a bungalow; there's so much space inside and out. It starts with an entrance hall which is big enough to entertain guests at a dinner party, four double bedrooms, all light and airy, a kitchen/breakfast room, and a living room with the most amazing countryside views leading out to, what we would say as, one of the nicest rear gardens we currently have on the market - the backdrop is truly breathtaking. A Sunday could quite easily be wasted here and I'm sure in the past many people have taken the Sunday papers out onto the patio and stayed there until the sun has gone down. You really have to experience the sensation for yourselves, and when coming here, you will totally understand what we mean. Obviously, the bungalow is set in a large plot and if you are a keen gardener you will lose count of the abundance of beautiful flowers and shrubs. At certain times of the year it would put the Chelsea Flower Show to shame! It's just a short drive to Niton with good local stores, a post office and a good Old English pub. The coastline is also close by, again with some of the most breathtaking views of the sea you will find on the whole island ......Overall, the bungalow is a one off with so much living space, a wonderful approach and driveway with an integral garage; and the rear garden with spectacular views will all definitely knock you for six....

What the Owner says:

This bungalow has been in the family for over 20 years and it has given us so many fond and happy memories that we will keep forever. The location is absolutely stunning with the beautiful church in front of us, and of course, the most amazing countryside views behind. The garden has seen many man hours put into it, but we must confess, for the majority of hours we just watched the world go by! We have thoroughly loved this property and also the village itself. The local pub is brilliant for good old English food and there are a handful of stunning country walks right on the doorstep.....
