All the convenience of being close to Shanklin's town centre, yet in a quiet and peaceful setting, The property also offers you a sunny, generously sized garden in which to top up your tan and keep fit and active tending to the plants, beds and boarders. Internally, the accommodation consist of two bedrooms, shower room, separate w/c, kitchen, a recently added conservatory and the beautiful, sunny 18' lounge/diner. Parking is made easy here too, with the driveway being joined by the garage that has electric up and over doors. A lovely, well maintained home that is a great choice of property for anyone looking for a place that needs nothing doing to it. 

OWNERS COMMENTS The quiet location, coupled with being within easy reach of the town centre attracted me to the property originally and when I saw how bright and sunny the lounge was. When I saw the size of the garden I knew I wanted to live here. I have made a few improvements during my time here including adding on a conservatory, upgrading the heating system and installing an up and over electric door for the garage. If it weren't for the expansion of the family I would happily stay here as long as I could. I hope the new owners enjoy the bungalow as much as I have.
