" AGENTS COMMENTS This two bedroom semi-detached modern home is a great choice of house for anyone who is looking for a low maintenance lifestyle close to the golden sandy beach in Sandown. Living here in the summer months will be amazing! The location is not just great for beach lovers, it is also very handy for the town centre, schools and excellent transport links across the Island as well as being within easy reach of the train station that takes you to either the Fastcat or Hovercraft making access to the mainland that little bit easier. There is off road parking to the front of the house and a sunny garden to the rear. Internally, the house offers you two bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor, whilst downstairs you will find the lounge and kitchen. A great first home, buy to let opportunity or the perfect 'lock up and leave' holiday home beside the seaside.  

OWNERS COMMENTS The age of the house, the off road parking and the distance to the High Street and beach were the main factors in us wanting to buy this home for the buy to let rental market. It has been a popular property over the years and we feel that it would be a good investment for another landlord or maybe a young couples first home.
