" As you walk towards this lovely family home, and look through the side access gate, you can see the start of the rear garden - what you can’t see is the end of the garden as it goes on and on and on!This was a huge factor upon which the current owners based their decision on to buy this home 4 years ago and their decision has been vindicated over the years as the garden has been the occasion for many happy moments and memories involving themselves, the children and other family members and friends – it really is a ‘party garden’, perfect for summer barbecues or the kids birthday parties!Another excellent feature of this fabulous semi is the superb open plan area off the dining room and sleek modern kitchen, which is again ideal for those social occasions and the often forgotten family dinner times making this a lovely area to chill out in before the kids go to bed and mum & dad retire to the cosy lounge with their dvd and bottle of wine.If you like socialising and seeing the kids run around in a safe area big enough to stay fit and healthy then call Pittis now before another family do!

Whilst looking for our first home 4 years ago we wanted the house to come with a few ‘must haves’, these were; parking, dining room and a big garden.So after viewing this house we excitedly rushed home, put in an offer and once we moved in we knew we had bought the right house!With a young family it’s also a great place to be with local schools and Los Altos park just down the road, not to mention being almost on the doorstep to two beautiful golden beaches! And for shopping you are only 15 minutes away from Newport and after 4 brilliant years here we leave behind some amazing memories and fantastic neighbours.
