This is a lovely bright property with a large rear garden backing onto Sandown and Shanklin golf course. There is a lovely rural feeling because of the privacy and peaceful location, whilst at the same time being part of a sought-after crescent of similar detached bungalows.

The property is in great condition and is ready for you to move into. The two double bedrooms are both lovely and light. The kitchen has an eye-level electric double oven with separate gas hob and built-in fridge/freezer.

There is huge potential to extend and really add value.

I have found this property to be very economical to run and easy to maintain.
