" This modern family home in Sandown is offered in our opinion in absolutely immaculate condition, you’ll struggle to find a house that’s been looked after and loved as much as this one!So you could just walk in and live straight away, which takes away a lot of the stress of moving!The house is situated on the edge of a modern development close to central Sandown, giving you easy access to the high street, pier and the award winning golden sandy beach. All of this makes it a perfect house for the growing family who like the outdoors life, and it would be a fantastic place to be throughout the long summer months.Internally upstairs the house has three bright and sunny bedrooms along with the family bathroom, whilst on the ground floor there is a lounge, dining room and modern fitted kitchen. Outside the enclosed rear garden is the perfect place for a barbecue on those summer evenings, enjoying a few drinks with family and friends.

We were living nearby when we saw the ‘For Sale’ board go up on this house – and we were straight on the phone to arrange a viewing!We were very keen to stay in the area, as the schools were something that attracted us to the area in the first place and we found it a nice, quiet place to live. Over the years we have made some improvements to the house including putting in a new kitchen and bathroom in recent years – along with the re-decoration, replacing the boiler and designing the rear garden.
