I watched these flats being built and thought ‘I wonder what the views would be like from up there?’ The thought appealed to me so much, I went and bought one on the 3rd floor and I certainly have never been anything but impressed every time I look out of my huge window in the lounge / diner, I genuinely don’t think I could have bought a better flat.The building is very well looked after and the neighbours are a friendly, respectable group of people spread across different age groups, so fitting in, in your new surroundings won’t be a problem. Most of your time will be spent gazing across the Channel or ‘people watching’ down on the Esplanade and the golden, award winning beach.
