You won’t get too many chances to buy a flat quite like this so call us now to arrange a viewing – the property is vacant and offered chain free.Internally the apartment has two bright and cheery bedrooms which absolutely flood with light, as does the lounge / diner which measures 16ft in length. The lounge / diner is open plan to the kitchen making it a great place to entertain friends and family on those special occasions. They can also take advantage of the superb setting on the Esplanade just a few moments away from the Pier and Sandown’s high street shops and pubs, giving you a variety of choice for day time and evening entertainment.

I had always wondered what the flats were like internally and if the views really were that spectacular, as soon as I stood on the balcony I had my answer – yes – the views really are that spectacular! I had a few items on my list that had to be ticked off, and the apartment really did have them all including the big one – the lift!I was also after something that was close to the centre of Sandown, near the high street for the shops and you can’t get much closer than living on the esplanade, and through the long, sunny summer months it is the best place to live in Sandown –to live virtually on the beach has been not only a pleasure but an amazing experience.
