" This is definitely a bungalow that is crying out for someone to relish these beautiful gardens and just relax and enjoy the setting and backdrop of the woodland. Enclosed and peaceful and fairly low in maintenance makes this perfect for those garden parties and barbecues and there is plentiful parking for all your guests. Along this amazing garden is the new 21ft conservatory giving even more living space and the present vendors seem to spend all their time here using this as the main living area, unless the football is on - then its a living room each! It has been very recently refurbished from top to bottom including a fabulous fully tiled bathroom, and each room decorated giving an overall appearance of a show home finish. The bedrooms are fitted with wardrobes and still plenty of other storage around including a side entrance porch and of course, the garage which is currently being used as a very large workshop. Located only a few minutes drive from Shanklin and easy access to Newport, it's ideal with the added bonus of having the wonders of living in a semi rural area.

We have loved our six years in this bungalow and we do hope that someone will enjoy the efforts we have made to upgrade it to a high standard and make use of the conservatory we have recently added.
Reluctantly, circumstances have changed and we have to leave this for someone else to relax in and enjoy the easy living lifestyle that we have loved so much here.
The location has been great for us and the easy access to Shanklin is perfect. Mind you, you can't beat the convenience store on the corner, which opens at the crack of dawn and closes late - perfect for everyday needs and our daily newspaper.
We hope you love our bungalow and enjoy its setting as much as we have.
