" Built approximately during the 1930's, this bungalow has been really well maintained and looked after over the years. It has also been extended to give it even more accommodation. It is situated in a semi rural setting but only a few minutes drive away from all the wonderful attractions that Shanklin has to offer including the gorgeous sandy beaches and beautiful ocean views. The bungalow itself has plenty of accommodation; the gardens at the rear are a good size and are fairly low maintenance. There is also an excellent workshop/garden shed which provides storage for all the garden furniture and other bits and pieces. With new windows and facias there is little maintenance outside but inside you could really put your mark on this attractive bungalow and make it yours to enjoy for many years ahead of you.

What the Owner says:

Believe it or not, this property was bought by the owners back in 1936! As it is in such a peaceful location the owners had no reason to move away and whoever comes here in the near future will surely feel the same way once they settle in. The inside could do with a little modernisation; lending itself for the new owners to make it into a fabulous bungalow in a wonderful setting. It is also worth mentioning the shop at the end of the road; selling everything from a pint of milk and the local paper to all you need to complement the Sunday roast…….
