Stunning, unique, beautiful – these are just three of many words you think of when you walk around this outstanding home, which is in the peaceful and popular rural location of Alverstone Garden Village.I am lucky enough to have seen the property in it’s original condition, so I can truly appreciate the amazing job the current owners have done to not only improve and extend their home beyond all recognition of its former self, they have also managed to blend the house into the surrounding area perfectly. I feel that this house looks ‘at home’ amongst the other individual family homes in Youngwoods Way.It’s almost impossible to do the house justice with mere words, you really have to come and see all that is on offer here – you will leave completely smitten with the house and the location.It’s very difficult to pick one feature over another, but the master bedroom with en-suite and dressing room is my own particular favourite, and the balcony from this bedroom provides a fabulous place to unwind with a glass of wine after a long day at work.Call our sales team now on 01983 407444 to book a viewing on this wonderfully unique family home.

When we first set foot in this house we were immediately captivated by the warm and welcoming atmosphere that appeared to embrace us, even though the property had been empty for a number of months. Although it was immediately apparent that the two bedroom bungalow would be far too small for our needs then, we both realised instantly just what we could do to develop it to its full potential, and give us everything we required in a truly delightful and tranquil setting. With all the changes now completed, our house has fulfilled all our ideas and aspirations giving us a bright, spacious and comfortable family home – whilst still retaining that elusive ‘quality’ which struck us initially.
