" This charming detached family home was built around 30 years ago by the current owners, so you know you are getting something which hasn't just been done for show, it's a house that has been done with love.It would suit a family who are looking for the quiet life in a semi rural location as this is as peaceful a location as it gets, yet you are only 15 minutes from the bustling town of Newport which provides you with all your shopping needs.Each house on Youngwoods Way is different, and that is one of the best things about the road, it isn't one of many identical houses on a new estate.Come along and gaze across the colourful secluded garden from the excellent roof terrace which is accessed from the second bedroom, and picture yourself on a summers evening with cold beer in hand - what better way could there be to unwind after a hard day at work!

We have put our soul into making this house our home, come and see what we have done here and surround yourself i the wonderful setting of Alverstone Garden Village.It feels like a real community here where everyone gets along with everyone else and looks after their home, creating a road which is attractive to drive through and some of the houses here are just beautiful. We will miss so much about this property but sadly the house and gardens are too much for us now and we are moving to a lovely flat in Shanklin.Our favourite things are the roof terrace and garden, and we will really miss living here.
