" Are you struggling to find the perfect home in a semi rural location? Look no further than this well proportioned detached house set in this idyllic location on a private road in an enviable position in the historical town of Brading.Southworth is truly a house for the family who enjoy the 'Good Life', internally the property is very spacious and offers well planned accommodation, the highlight being the 32ft lounge with open fire place and doors opening out on the large rear garden. The garden would easily lend itself to being transformed into a football pitch for the children or ideal for a marquee for all those family occasions, entertaining or late night parties. The property is blessed with fantastic views from both aspects - to the front you can look out onto open fields and the Roman Villa, and you can easily take in the breathe taking views of Culver Down from the large patio or private roof terrace which is larger than your average lounge - providing the perfect spot to enjoy those lazy summer evenings and stunning sunsets.Parking will never be an issue with this property, not only due to its tranquil setting on a quiet private road, but also due to the fact that the current owners have created a horse shoe driveway. Providing more than enough space for when the whole family come to visit.

What the Owner says:

My husband and I will be very sad to not only leave Southworth itself but the many memories we have of the garden parties, birthdays and Christmas day with the whole family in the lounge with the open fire roaring in the back ground. We have found this property perfect for family living and have even converted the double garage into a large dining room with a bay window which we have also used as another bedroom when the family has descended on us. In recent years we have found the property to be very flexible towards to our needs, with the ability to have a downstairs bathroom and further bedroom, meaning that the property would suit someone with an elderly relative.
