" AGENTS COMMENTS This well presented 'ready to move into' modern house is a brilliant choice of home for first time buyers, buy to let landlords, holiday home owners or for those of you downsizing and looking for a low maintenance way of life. The house was built approximately ten years ago and has been improved greatly by the addition of a sunny conservatory and has the added benefit of a cloakroom and en-suite shower room. No squabbling over who gets ready in the morning during the rush to get ready for work and school. All of the local amenities you will need for modern day living are within easy reach including shops, schools, pubs and restaurants whilst excellent transport links to the mainland are also close at hand. The house comprises two bedrooms, cloakroom, kitchen, lounge/diner, bathroom and en-suite. Outside there is a sunny rear garden and allocated parking space. 

OWNERS COMMENTS Being modern, low maintenance, easy and economical to run made this an appealing home and coupled with its quiet, yet convenient location made it an easy decision to buy this house over everything else I saw. It is a bright and sunny home and the conservatory gives it more space than most newly built properties. The neighbours are a friendly and considerate bunch and there is a lovely feeling of a peaceful community here. Everything I need for both practical and social reasons are nearby and having the parking space is very handy. It is also great to have a cloakroom and en-suite shower room when guests stay over.
