" Offering a wonderful opportunity for those looking to create a comfortable home of their own this substantial end of terrace occupies an elevated corner plot in a quiet location. It’s easy to see why such a spacious property has remained within the family for so long as it provides well proportioned rooms and light accommodation that will appeal to families of all ages. On the ground floor the accommodation starts with a central entrance hall, to the left you have the front aspect kitchen which looks out over the wrap around garden, a further door provide access to the brick outbuilding, housing a separate w.c. and the rear garden. To the right of the hall you enter into a spacious front lounge with a large front aspect picture window, running the length of the room there's also a doorway which leads you round into the rear aspect dining room, completing a full circle. Upstairs there are three good size bedrooms two of which are doubles and a generous size third all of which are accompanied by a family bathroom. Outside the rear garden is enclosed and has a large brick built storage shed which is supplied with a power source. possibly suitable for conversion into a home office. There is a stair lift currently installed in the house this can be removed or equally left if so desired. Situated in East Cowes the town has a handful of local shops restaurants and amenities it’s also home to the newly built Waitrose supermarket. The high speed catamaran service to nearby Southampton is accessed by the floating bridge to Cowes.

My property has been in the family since 1971, I have grown up here and found it is within easy reach of the local schools and shops, we've always found the house extremely spacious and great for storage, for example the under stairs cupboard is huge in comparison to most other houses. This is one of the many reasons the house has been in the family for so long. The house is located a short distance from public transport links for both the Island and mainland travel. I do hope the new purchasers will have as many happy memories here as I have.
