" AGENTS COMMENTS Anybody looking for large gardens and a home that gives you the rural lifestyle coupled with the convenience of being within easy reach of both Cowes and Newport's town centres are in luck! This three bedroom detached bungalow is a property that you will want to see. A new life in spacious surroundings awaits the lucky new owners after four decades of being owned by the same family. It must be a truly wonderful place to live to keep the current owners there for that length of time! Parking is made easy for you here with the driveway being accompanied by the double length garage, whilst the generous gardens also benefit from various outbuildings. Internally, the bungalow comprises three double bedrooms, two reception rooms, family bathroom and kitchen. An excellent home both inside and outside for many reasons. 

OWNERS COMMENTS After living here for more than 40 years, it will be very strange not waking up to the views of the beautiful countryside to the front and our very own forest to the rear! Sadly, it is now time to downsize and leave behind what has been a wonderful home to raise the family in within peaceful and private surrounding. Locally, everything we need is within easy reach, we can be in the town centre of Newport to do a spot of shopping in five minutes, whilst for trips further afield the Red Jet at Cowes is less than ten minutes away. We hope the new owners take as much pleasure out of the location, the home and the garden as much as we have for more than four decades.
