What the Owner says:

When we were looking to purchase we had looked at several in the road and felt that this was the one for us even though it needed work, it was something we could manage. There was no kitchen to speak of, so we refitted that and the bathroom had an avocado suite so that had to go as well. We fully redecorated and changed the doors and replaced the boiler. The home is extremely economical to run and the gas bill works out approx £21 per month. We have now out grown the house and our boys need a football pitch to burn off their energy and although we have a garden it is more of a courtyard so we feel it is time to move.
