" The Newport bus stops at the end of your road to take you into town at frequent intervals. There is a nearby convenience store within very close walking proximity and great local Primary and Secondary schools such as Carisbrooke High School and Christ the King College. The home itself is a real surprise, tucked away in a no through area of an already quiet cul-de-sac and with the additional benefit of off road parking. Modern and virtually maintenance free with recently installed double glazing throughout; still within a 10 year guarantee.Once inside the front door there is a generous lobby hallway with stairs leading off and door into the largely open plan living area with good size lounge, separate dining area and kitchen with real wood classic styled units and a large under stairs storage cupboard suitable for appliances.Onto the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a third which comfortably hosts a single bed and additional furniture. The bathroom consists of a coloured suite with panel bath and electric shower over, pedestal wash basin and low level wc.Pick up your belongings and move straight into this immaculately clean and neutrally decorated family sized home with a good sized low maintenance rear garden - what are you waiting for?

What the Owner says:

When we first viewed this house we knew it would be the perfect family home for us as it was relatively maintenance free and has been so cosy yet economic to heat. It has also provided catchment to the local schools and easy access in and out of Newport for work and pleasure. Everyone in the cul-de-sac is really friendly and the neighbourhood is so quiet, it is reassuring to know the neighbours look out for our home when we are away.We have enjoyed walks in the nearby Parkhurst forest and even into Newport town. We have many happy memories of living here and wish the new owners the same.
