" AGENTS COMMENTS This large, detached family home comes with the added bonus of generously sized annexe style accommodation to house elderly relatives or to be used as a space for a teenager to have their own independence, as well as giving them a quiet place to study. A semi-rural lifestyle awaits the lucky new owners, yet within a few minutes you can be in Newport's town centre. Numerous local schools are also within easy reach. The main house comprises three/four bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor, whilst downstairs houses the 23ft lounge/diner, 15ft kitchen and the annexe accommodation which could easily be incorporated into the main house to create more living space if needed. Outside, there is off road parking to the front, and a large, flat, child and pet friendly garden for all to enjoy when the sun is shining. 

OWNERS COMMENTS This has been a wonderful place to call home for the last sixteen years or so, both in terms of the size and layout of the property, and the quiet, peaceful and tucked away setting which has been brilliant for raising my family. The house itself is a good size and the annexe accommodation is handy too for anybody in the family needing space and independence. The tranquil location, as well as the large garden were all key factors in wanting to live here. I hope the new owners enjoy living here as much as I have.
