" Extended to the rear this bungalow tucked away in a cul-de-sac offers plenty of living space. Originally a three bedroom the owners altered the accommodation to add the extra living space and changed it to two bedrooms. The kitchen is modern and well fitted with built in dishwasher and eye level oven and grill. There is space for a washing machine and a side door out. The bathroom is fully tiled and the two bedrooms are doubles with the main one having a comprehensive range of built in wardrobes and cupboards. There is a separate dining room with plenty of room for a good size table to seat the family around at Christmas and special occasions. A archway leads to the lounge which is where the owners spend most of their time overlooking the garden, and has a side door out.To the front the concrete driveway offers parking for two medium size vehicles and leads to a detached garage. The garden runs to the side and rear which has a semi circular patio and lawn, all secure and enclosed. There is also a conservatory re-built in 2009 that you can access from the garden and is a delightful place to relax and overlook the garden.

What the Owner says:

After moving here 19 years ago we have reluctantly decided to sell as we would like to be closer to our family in Newport. We were originally attracted by how quiet the area was and after living here the area has a great community feel. We feel that we have kept our house up together and made some beneficial changes. We installed a new kitchen and bathroom and have a new roof on the extension. In 2009 we re-built the conservatory and had new doors installed. We loved the garden which is a good but manageable size and gets the sun for most of the day. Sometimes we enjoy sitting on our brick block semi circular patio that we also laid down ourselves.
