" Surrounded by lovely countryside you can enjoy stunning views from so many aspects of this bungalow. Step inside you can enjoy the leafy views from the front aspect double glazed picture window. There are built in bookshelves and there is a dining area that is open to between the lounge and kitchen. The lounge has a really cosy feel. The stone fireplace with Cornish slate mantelpiece is fitted with a coal effect living flame stove which throws out warmth and makes a pleasant focal point.The kitchen which is galley style, is cleverly designed to maximise the space with built in hob and oven, and discreet storage cupboards for pots and pans and racking. A double glazed conservatory was added on the back and this a perfect place to relax and look up towards your garden. There are three good size bedrooms with a pleasant outlook from them all. The bathroom has a basin, wc and a ‘Mantaleda’ deep-soaking plunge bath with whirlpool fittings and electric shower over. There is also a separate wc with a small hand basin.Outside the gently sloping garden has a water feature which playfully trickles down to a small pond where the goldfish thrive. At the top of the garden there is a particularly nice spot to sit and take in all that surrounds you. There is also plenty of parking on a driveway leading to a detached garage with power and light.

My dog Flika has run for miles over the surrounding downland which is easy to get to, it has been a joy taking leisurely walks and enjoying the breathtaking scenery.We always wanted to live in Brighstone and having moved from a very rural smallholding we found the transition to Downs Reach easy. Moor Lane is a cul-de-sac which, at its end, turns into a bridleway and there are also 2 footpaths to start you off on the extensive rights of way of this part of the island.My husband often goes shore fishing and has many options accessible from here like the beach at Atherfield, Grange Chine and Compton.
