" OUR COMMENTS This three bedroom terraced cottage is the perfect choice of home for any young, growing families looking to get onto the property ladder, or any buy to let landlords looking to add to their portfolio. You are just a few minutes away from the bustling town centre for all your daily needs, local schools are within walking distance and you are well served with main bus routes across the Island making it a very practical home for all the family. Nights out with friends are made easy too, with so many pubs and restaurants to choose from to celebrate the end of another working week! The first floor houses the three bedrooms, whilst the ground floor comprises of the lounge, kitchen/diner, handy utility area and bathroom. The rear garden is flat, low maintenance and generous in size and provides the perfect setting for those summertime barbeques. The house is also offered for sale chain free. 

OWNERS COMMENTS This has been a great home to live in for the last twelve years for so many reasons and it is fair to say I shall miss the house, the neighbours and the convenience of the location as I move on to the next chapter in my life. The size of the house and the rear garden were two very big factors in my decision to go for this property over everything I saw. Everything I need for daily life is close at hand, local transport links across the Island are nearby and I can walk to one of the many pubs without having to fork out for taxi's! I hope the new owners enjoy living here and settle in straight away.
