" This victorian semi detached home has undergone a huge transformation since it was purchased by its current owners over 7 years ago.
A fabulous rear extension has provided its residents with a well planned modern kitchen which is set off by the part glassed ceiling that runs the length of the room and provides a light and spacious feel. With built in appliances such as an eye level oven and grill, separate gas hob and dishwasher and the under floor heating that's been installed further serves to keep you comfortable whilst you can prepare your meals watching television should you wish.
If you prefer to be a little more sociable and enjoy entertaining guests, then the high quality built conservatory constructed using 'Pilkington K glass' should prove useful as a dining area or a perfect place to retreat to. There are multiple power points within the room and the under floor heating continues to keep things nice and warm underfoot.
The enclosed rear garden is accessible from the conservatory and is plenty big enough for summer barbeques or for children to play in.
With two receptions on the ground level the upstairs accommodation consists of two fair sized double bedrooms. The master bedroom is situated at the rear and continues beyond to form a walk in dressing area that then flows onto the upstairs bathroom/WC. With a separate cloakroom downstairs there will be no need for visitors to venture through this private area.

What the Owner says:

It seems like ages ago when we saw this house and our first impression at the time was that it was dark, depressing and brown, but we were desperately keen to get on the property ladder at the time and what really struck us was the potential in the place.
We have spent considerable time and effort getting the house in order since we moved in and the usual things that come up on surveys for slightly older properties like damp, woodworm and the like have all been taken care of and shouldn't be an issue as we've fitted new floorboards and insulation and made several improvements to make this a comfortable home for our family and we really hope that the new buyers enjoy it as much as we have.
