" Gather in the kitchen/breakfast room for family meals and catch up on the days events. A large table can sit here and you still have plenty of room to manoeuvre as the tea gets cooked, alternatively you can escape to the separate lounge, put your feet up and watch television or catch up on some reading in peace. The house has a real feeling of space throughout and there are two double bedrooms on the first floor and an interconnecting 3rd bedroom which could be used as a baby's room, dressing room, or even potential to make into an en-suite. The main family bathroom is on the ground floor and in a white suite with shower over the bath. Gas central heating warms the house and only the front and rear doors are not double glazed. Outside the enclosed garden is paved and decked and the owners tell us it's a bit of a sun trap. The location has the town centre on your doorstep and as you walk to town you can admire St Johns church as you go by. An impressive piece of architecture. With no onward chain here, the house is offered as vacant possession.

What the Owner says:

We have always found our street to be very quiet and our neighbours friendly. The convenience to the town centre is fabulous and Newport can be walked in five minutes. Although a business is situated behind us, we actually find that a benefit as after 5pm through the week and 12pm on Saturday it is closed so we are able to enjoy the peace and quiet. Our garden, although not huge, is a real sun trap and we have put decking down and we enjoy a morning cuppa or a cool drink in the long summer evenings. Our family has grown now and this is the only reason we have decided to move.
