" OUR COMMENTS An imposing, characterful and spacious townhouse that offers space aplenty, town centre living and the wow factor right from the bottom of the house to the very top! Spread over three floors (plus an attic room), the living and sleeping accommodation is both generously sized and flexible enough to suit many different buyers with differing wants, wishes and needs. Once you step through the front door you will be met with period features, and charm and beauty of days gone by. There are three double bedrooms, bathroom, two shower rooms, utility room, kitchen/breakfast room, dining room, lounge, sitting room and a 17ft attic room! Outside, there is a low maintenance garden and parking for two cars to the rear. Everything you will need for daily life is within easy reach including the town centre, local shops, doctors and dental surgeries, transport links across the Island as well as Primary and Secondary schools. Houses do not come much more handsome, versatile or as spacious as this delightful Grade II listed property that even has a sauna for you to relax in! 

OWNERS COMMENTS I have absolutely loved living here for the last twenty years, it has been a fantastic home for so many reasons. I shall miss the handy and convenient location as I move on to the next chapter of my life. I could see the potential here despite the amount of work that needed doing to the house when we first viewed it, the space on offer and flexibility of the accommodation impressed me greatly. It is brilliant when friends and family come to stay for a few days, everyone has their own space and independence. The low maintenance garden is a sun trap and ideal for summertime barbeques. It is handy having the parking for two cars, whilst walking into town takes just a couple of minutes.
