" Chinneck Shaw are delighted to be marketing this wonderful family home located in a very popular part of the Baffins area.

Upon entering the property you are greeted into a spacious, bright hallway with stairs leading up to the first floor and doors leading to the extended kitchen diner and extended lounge. The current owners have worked very hard to create a downstairs living space using the most of each room. The lounge has been extended by taking some of the dining room to create a much larger living space which works nicely with the wide entrance hall.

The property then leads you towards the rear where you will find a homely dining area but with a modern twist with it's contemporary high gloss grey kitchen including clever storage solutions and integrated white goods. You will also find a downstairs WC which also doubles as a utility room.

As you make your way back through the house before leading upstairs, you will see the clever storage unit beneath the stairs. We feel this works really well utilising the space which can often be empty and feel cold. As you reach the top of the stairs you will find three good sized bedrooms and family bathroom towards the rear.

The back bedroom is currently used as the master bedroom with neutral decor and built in wardrobes providing all the storage you will need. The second bedroom located at the front of the property benefiting from the extra light and space coming from large square bay window. Above the stairwell is the third bedroom. This room is the smallest of the bedrooms but once again the owners have utilised the space and created a comfortable bedroom including built-in wardrobes & desk space.

On the outside. At the front of the property is a well presented forecourt with wooden gate.

Out the back of the property is a paved, easy to maintain garden with a brick built shed that could be converted into a usable garage with access from Redcar Avenue.
