" This is an amazing opportunity that just simply cannot be passed. If you are a first time purchaser, or even looking to slide down the property ladder, this really is for you: Very different and you must get through the door to see and smell the flavour of your next home. Finished to a very high standard throughout, not even a paintbrush would need to be picked up. Move on in and put your feet up, flick the television on and chill out with a nice cold bottle or glass. If gardening is your thing, you can take advantage of the beautiful gardens on offer - 'yes', you will be living in Portsmouth and after a hard day at work, you will be able to just park your car - no wrestling around in those terraced Portsmouth streets.

We have recently refurbished the whole property throughout - new kitchen, bathroom, total re-decoration and new carpets. We do have several properties in the area and we had let this one out previously and it has returned us some excellent income on a monthly basis. So if you are a landlord and have a small portfolio you are looking to expand, this is, in our opinion, a little peach. The only reason for the sale, is to move onto some other personal projects. We would think that this must appeal to young professionals, or someone elderly looking to downsize; You are in a very good location, on top of all local amenities, road links are excellent and you will be tucked away in a quite cul-de-sac.
