" Full of potential and in much need of renovation, investors will be pleased to discover this extended two bedroom semi-detached home with workshop and decent size garden located in North Bersted.

The property incorporates an entrance hall; long lounge leading into a brick-built flat roof extension at the rear of the property; kitchen with pantry; two sensible size bedrooms and shower room which has since been converted into a wet room.

Externally, the front has been paved allowing the future owner off-road parking (subject to planning consent to drop the curb at the front of the property).
