" Set on a private road and set just back from the beach, Ragazza is an individual architect designed house. The property offers good accommodation on both floors and some sea views from the first floor. The south facing garden has a private path leading from the rear directly to the beach, which is less than 150 yards away. The house has an open plan sitting room and dining room with a further study. The kitchen has modern units, mostly freestanding, and there is also a useful utility room and shower/wet room on the ground floor. The master bedroom, with sea views, has a number of built in wardrobes and an adjoining en suite bathroom. Four further bedrooms and a family bathroom complete the accommodation.
Location
Ragazza is close to the Middleton on Sea/Elmer border. Elmer is located on the eastern side of Bognor Regis and Middleton on Sea and offers a number of local facilities including two public houses, a post office, convenience store, private boatyard and launching facilities. Further village amenities can be found at Middleton on Sea and include a primary school, two doctors' surgeries, one with a pharmacy, a post office, newsagent, convenience store, hardware store, florist and public house. The nearby village of Felpham offers further schools, a sports centre with swimming pool, golf club, public houses, shops and bank. There are also nearby sailing facilities at both Felpham and Bognor Regis. A regular bus service links the village to the nearby Bognor Regis town centre which offers a more comprehensive range of amenities. The cathedral city of Chichester and the famous Goodwood motor circuit and racecourse can all be found within 11 miles of Middleton on Sea.
