" A superb detached house forming part of the highly sought after Sea Lane Estate in Middleton on Sea. Sea Way runs parallel to the beach and easy access is gained to the greensward and beach. The house has been the subject of numerous improvements in recent years and offers well balanced and modern living. The main feature of the house is the impressive open plan kitchen/diner, which includes a modern kitchen with solid 'Corian' work tops, some high quality integrated appliances and a part vaulted ceiling. This light and airy room leads directly onto the large patio and garden. The main reception room is of a good size with a bay window and there is also a second reception room and sun room. The generous master bedroom has a modern en suite and bedroom two shares a Jack and Jill bathroom, which doubles up as the main bathroom. The rear garden measures approximately 180 ft in length and offers a good degree of privacy.
