" A charming sea front residence with direct beach access and a useful attached annexe. The property is set on one of the most desirable roads in the area and offers glorious sea views. The flexible accommodation is beautifully presented throughout and includes a bright main reception room and adjoining dining room with a superb outlook along the garden. There are four good sized bedrooms in the main house and the master bedroom has an en suite shower room. The annexe has a reception room with access onto the garden, an adjoining kitchenette and two potential bedrooms. The south facing garden, which is approximately 120 ft long, offers a good degree of privacy and is fully stocked with a number of mature trees and shrubs. A large patio stretches along the rear of the property and a partially covered path leads down one side to the gate on the greensward.
