" Set on a quiet and desirable road in between Felpham and Middleton on Sea villages, Cairnsmore is a spacious and well presented chalet bungalow. The accommodation is flexible and well proportioned with two first floor bedrooms with a bathroom, and two large reception rooms and a bedroom, along with another bathroom on the ground floor. A sun room and kitchen/breakfast room complement the accommodation. The delightful gardens extend to the front and back of the property and are beautifully maintained. This deceptively spacious property must be viewed to be fully appreciated.

Park Drive is a short distance from Middleton on Sea village. Middleton on Sea offers a range of local facilities briefly comprising a primary school, two doctors' surgeries, one with a pharmacy, a post office, newsagent, convenience store, hardware store and florist. The nearby village of Felpham offers further schools, a sports centre with swimming pool, golf club, public houses, shops and two banks.
