" An extended and improved detached house set on a popular residential road in Felpham but close to Middleton on Sea. Beautifully presented throughout with modern fittings, the property offers well presented and flexible accommodation. The ground floor has a large main reception room, dining room, stylish kitchen/breakfast room and utility room, as well as a study, playroom and further reception room. There is also a useful ground floor bedroom with en suite shower room. Upstairs are three bedrooms including the master bedroom with an en suite shower room, and there is a family bathroom.
