" An individual detached house set on one of the most sought-after roads in the area and only one road back from the seafront on the popular Private Summerley Estate. The property offers spacious and well proportioned accommodation which also has a south facing double glazed conservatory to the front which leads to a welcoming reception hall. On the ground floor there is also a sitting room with separate dining room, kitchen which has been modernised in recent years, along with the utility room, breakfast room and sun room. A cloakroom can also be found on the ground floor. Off the central landing on the first floor is a master bedroom which benefits from an en-suite shower room/WC. There are also three further bedrooms and a shower room/WC.

The house is set back in its plot with the front garden being of a southerly aspect and mainly laid to lawn. There is also a driveway which provides off road parking for a number of vehicles which leads to the garage.
